I was contracted to take over and solve their issue of a hugely under-performing e-commerce platform. I providing an end-to-end digital solution, re-designed and built their e-commerce website, and trained staff and helped implement a digital marketing strategy. This led sales to grow from a few thousand per month online to $1M in the year following the new site and strategy implementation.

With a passion for music I founded this music platform as a community driven streaming music service where artists were able to upload their music, videos, images, etc and allow fans to stream their music directly, well before the likes of Spotify or Soundcloud ever existed. I was tasked with designing the entire platform, web application development, marketing strategy, community building and pushing the limits that the technology could handle for media streaming at the time. Through operating this business and growing it to 300,000 users and 10 million+ streams, I developed high level expertise in how to bootstrap an online tech business, digital marketing, development budgeting, web design, application development and technology business management.

Initially this involved reverse engineering various applications built in excel, access and SQL server across ever division of the bank. I was then tasked with technical business analysis, user requirements, functional specifications documentation under a waterfall methodology, and was heavily involved with systems testing after production release.
